Because we have been in the horse industry for many years we come to know the importance in the quality of the bedding of the horses.

We manufacture our own product because we found that there are many companies who say their product is this and that but finding out after spending time and money realized that they were not forthright in what they said which we found to be very frustrating.

So we started to research all the suppliers in the United States and Canada who manufacture animal bedding and sampled their product in our own stalls.

We found That it is not about how fluffy or big the bag is but the density, absorption, the amount of dust and how it controls odor.

Here is our determination, nothing was out there that satisfied the needs of the horse industry.

Pixie Hollow Farms llc. had no choice but to create our own special blend that is consistent every time you open up a baled bag.



Not only have we created our special blend but we created a flake that is super absorbent Kiln dried to 6% moisture the lowest in the market and small enough that you can pick out a stall and leave the bedding, throwing away only the manure which saves the cost of buying more bedding.

Our product not only is quality in size and consistency but it is made out of 100% fresh pine that is milled just days after it is harvested from the forest, which in turn, keeps your stalls fresh smelling due to the fact that the pine absorbs the odor of the urine from the horse.

Our plant is located in the southern region of the USA where the highest quality of pine is harvested and because we now have three plants and growing, our cost to manufacture is low and now we can turn those savings over to our customers.

Due to the variety of needs in the Horse Industry we manufacture not only a supreme pine flake bedding but also a Pine Pellet and a Bio Plant Products.
